July 30th... The Corona is working like a charm. Softening up her skin and speeding up the healing process.
I lunged Journey first, then saddled her for a ride. I put a good layer of Corona on her girth area, then a piece of cotton between her skin and the inch. She rode well. Really getting good at whoa, neck reining is coming along, as are the spins.
I noticed my 2 year old has the same sore in the same spot...I use the same saddle/cinch on him so I'm thinking there is something in/on the cinch. Lord knows it's been used half to death.
